Regional Concrete & Construction is owned and operated by Walt "Ray" Bell who has more than twenty years experience in the concrete & construction industries. As a Field Sales rep with one of the southeast's largest commercial building materials distributors, Walt worked with some of the nation's largest concrete and masonry contractors on projects including Charlotte Bobcats arena, VA Beach Convention Center, Charlotte Z-Max Dragstrip and 300,000+ SF tilt-up buildings. In addition to holding an MBA, he has completed the Ardex School (repair and resurfacing), Turner Construction's School of Construction Management and became certified as a Meadow Burke Tilt Wall (dealer) sales rep. Walt has extensive experience with Division 3 concrete products and applications.
Over the last three years, building relationships with area general contractors, Regional Concrete & Construction and it's associates have expanded into commercial work to include industrial, retail, and small to medium sized specialty concrete projects and repairs.
